Who we are

What we collect
When you submit a form we collect what you type: name, email, WhatsApp number if given, your prescription and any notes about your eyes or health, preferred travel month and city. This includes health information you choose to share. We also collect standard analytics data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) through Google Analytics, which uses cookies.
Why we collect it
To obtain a quote and itinerary for you from a clinic, to answer your questions, and to understand how the site is used. We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising lists.
Who sees it
To get you a quote we share your prescription, age, travel window and contact details with the clinic(s) we ask to quote. We share nothing with a clinic until you've submitted a request. Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet under our account; analytics data is processed by Google. We may be legally required to disclose information in rare cases.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on itineraries and follow-up care, then deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner at any time by emailing the address above.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to sharing with clinics. You can block analytics cookies in your browser. Residents of the EU/UK, California and other jurisdictions with privacy laws have the rights those laws give them; email us to exercise any of them.
Security
Forms submit over HTTPS. Stored data is in access-controlled accounts. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; if you'd rather not send health details through a web form, message us on WhatsApp or email instead.
Children
The site is not for anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
