What we do
We take your prescription, age and travel window, put them in front of a Colombian refractive clinic that handles international patients, and send you back a written quote and a one-trip itinerary. If the quote works, you deal with the clinic directly for the deposit and the date. We stay in the loop for logistics: which neighbourhood to stay in, when to stop wearing contacts, what to ask your optometrist at home about follow-up.
What we don't do
We don't examine eyes, we don't decide who is a candidate, and we don't take your money. Candidacy is decided by an ophthalmologist after topography, pachymetry and a dilated refraction, in person, on day one of your trip. If the measurements say no, a good surgeon says no, and we'd rather you hear that in Medellín on a Tuesday than on an operating table.
How we choose clinics
Board-certified surgeons with fellowship training in cornea or refractive surgery, a named laser platform (Alcon, Zeiss, Schwind or Bausch + Lomb), itemised quotes, a written enhancement policy, and a track record with patients who fly in. Every quote names the surgeon and the platform so you can verify both.
How we're paid
Some clinics pay a referral fee when a patient we introduced has surgery. It doesn't change the price you're quoted, and we'll tell you if a clinic on your quote pays us. If you'd rather book without us in the middle, the Pre-Op guides give you the questions to ask any clinic yourself.
